How we work with you from inquiry to event day
From Inquiry to Event Day
We keep the process straightforward so you can focus on planning your wedding.
Inquiry
You contact us by phone or email with your date (or date range) and approximate guest count. We respond during business hours with availability and an overview of what we offer.
Visit and Details
We schedule a time for you to see the space in person. We walk you through the layout, policies, and what is included. You can ask questions about vendors, timing, and logistics.
Booking
If you decide to book, we send a contract and collect a deposit. Once signed, your date is reserved. We provide written confirmation and any venue guidelines for you and your vendors.
Pre-Event
Closer to the date, we coordinate a walk-through with your coordinator or lead vendor. We confirm setup and teardown times, load-in access, and any facility rules.
Event Day
Our staff is on site for access and facility support. You and your vendors run the event; we ensure the space is ready and that building policies are followed.
